Overview
In addition to Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr. Hanish provides a variety of
complementary therapeutic modalities for Family health issues including Allergies
and Asthma, ADHD, Autism, Pain and Stress Management, Auto-Immune
Disorders, Musculoskeletal disorders, Sports Injuries, Infertility issues and
Cosmetic Acupuncture. As a health practitioner, Dr. Hanish balances the body
and mind by the integrated use of ancient techniques, including Acupuncture,
Acupressure, Ear Acupuncture, Tui-na Massage, Chinese Herbal Formulas, and
Bioenergetic Medicine, Behavioral Health therapies, BioCranial Technique,
nutritional counseling, antiaging technology and facial rejuvenation. Dr. Hanish
Integrates the most modern protocols in wellness, she has extensive experience
with persons of all ages. As a previous Clinical Specialist in ‘Mental Health Care’,
she is concerned with the emotional well being as related to the physical concerns
of the clients she serves.
Training/Experience
Marcelle Hanish is an Arizona Licensed Acupuncturist and RN, practicing
Traditional Chinese Medicine; which includes Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal
Medicine. Marcelle received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing degree from the
University of Arizona, later graduating with a postgraduate Doctorate of
Acupuncture, (DAc), from the Academy of Advanced Complementary Medicines.
An Arizona native, Marcelle Hanish has been in private practice since 1998. She
has served as a member of the Arizona State Acupuncture Board of Examiners, a
member of (AZSOMA) Arizona Society of Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture
and (AAMEP) American Academy of Medical Esthetic Professionals.
Other post graduate clinical studies include Advanced Certifications in N.A.E.T. or
Nambudripad’s Allergy Elimination Technique, J.M.T. or Jaffe-Mellor Technique for
Allergy and Auto-Immune Disorders, Auricular Therapy, 'TAT' or Tapas
Acupressure Technique, Emotional Freedom Technique or ‘EFT’, the Kaufman
Technique for Pain Neutralization or (PNT), 'Psych K' and the 'Mei Zen' Cosmetic
Acupuncture Techniques. She has also received a Doctoral degree from the
Romano Byzantine College for ‘Doctor of Chiropathy’ or (DCh). Marcelle Hanish
also completed two clinical internships in Acupuncture and Herbology in Sri Lanka
at the University De Medicina, a certified Gestalt Therapist trained at The
Southwest Gestalt Training Center in Phoenix AZ, and a ‘BioCranial’ Therapist.

personal approach to their own health issues; as well as to teach the client how to
